RJ was born in Spanish Town, St. Catherine. He is a VJ Presenter and a media personality, best known for his role as the host of "In the Streets", a reality program that features the views of the people in various communities across Jamaica. He also appears on the "VIP Back Stage" and "Dub Style" programs. RJ started his career at RE TV in 2008 after winning the auditions for the position of VJ.

He attended the Jonathan Grant High School and the Portmore Community College.

His favorite pastime activities include listening to music, hanging with friends and drawing.

As a proud father of a son, RJ has a soft spot for children and animals.
